Beige Types
... struggle with a low estrogen pattern. This can be due to not ovulating, lack of proper nourishment or significant stress. This pattern is usually worsened by over-exercising, under-eating, or over-stressing now, or even in the past. When the body senses stress in any format, it shuts off the signal from the brain to the ovaries to make estrogen. Fat also produces estrogen, so if you are over-exercising and under-eating, your estrogen can suffer.
As a Beige type, you may experience shorter cycles, or shorter periods, meaning light bleeding or less days of flow. You can struggle with fatigue, low libido, depression or weight gain. You may notice you have difficulty sleeping or wake in the middle of the night with night sweats. You may also feel frustrated with painful sex, vaginal dryness, or hair loss.
Beige types often have imbalances in nutrition or stress management and find themselves overworking and feeling overwhelmed.
A healthy estrogen level helps us feel vibrant and connected to our feminine. When deficient, you may feel a sense of dullness or lack of connection to yourself and others.
