... struggle with stress management and if identified early, can be represented by high cortisol, but if identified in later phases, low cortisol. This is worsened by chronic stress from either physical, mental, or emotional stress.
As a Fuschia type, you might identify with being in a high stress job, periods of taking on too much, feeling pressure to succeed, burning the candle at both ends, saying yes to everything or everyone, or going through a physically or emotionally challenging situation without adequate recovery.
You may feel a sense of overwhelm, exhaustion, low motivation or drive, or low libido. Fuschia types often describe a feeling of being “wired and tired,” and have difficulty with falling asleep because they can’t calm their mind. Or they may have a hard time waking up in the morning, feeling like they could sleep forever if they were able to. Your menstrual cycle may feel off too, due to the chronic stress on your hypothalamic-pituitary-axis.
During stress your adrenal glands become imbalanced, which means you may also experience dizziness or lightheadedness upon standing or have intense salt cravings.
Overall, you feel burnt out and life seems unnecessarily hard.
