Executive Integrator & Assistant to Dr. Leah Gordon

Part-Time
12–20 hours/week
Virtual Role (9 am - 2 pm Mountain Time Availability)

About Dr. Leah Gordon & Womanhood Wellness™:
Dr. Leah Gordon is a Naturopathic and Functional Medicine Doctor, educator, and founder of Womanhood Wellness—a transformational brand and membership that guides women to balance hormones, awaken their libido, and prepare for conscious conception through the integration of science and feminine wisdom.

Our team helps women through root-cause & functional medicine private coaching and a membership consisting of courses and a community rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and wholeness. We are seeking a mission-aligned, highly organized Executive Integrator & Assistant to serve as Dr. Leah’s right-hand and the glue that keeps the business moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Role Overview:

This role blends executive assistant, operations manager, online marketing, and client-facing support responsibilities.

You’ll be the master organizer of projects, communication, and the various moving pieces of Dr. Leah's business between private coaching clients and her growing membership— ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

This is not a basic admin job — it’s for someone excited to grow into a long-term leadership role, with bonuses or profit-sharing as the company expands.

Ideally, you have experience in the online wellness space, either in the membership space or in the functional medicine wellness coaching space.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Work directly with Dr. Leah M–W, 9 AM–2 PM Mountain Time (plus flexible additional hours up to 20 hrs/week).

  • Anticipate her needs, manage her schedule, and ensure she always knows where to be, when, and why.

  • Monitor and respond to emails professionally and efficiently, maintaining her tone and brand alignment.

  • Manage calendar coordination, podcast recordings, private coaching client sessions, masterclasses, and brand partnerships.

  • Prepare private client charts and then support with finishing treatment plans, lab, and supplement orders.

  • Use AI in appropriate places to bring efficiency and structure to workflows.

  • Track affiliate income, invoices, and payments.

  • Act as a liaison between Dr. Leah and her team, her members, her clients, her affiliate partners, and anyone else involved in her business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

Operations & Client Care

  • Handle affiliate and client outreach, brand collaborations, and partnerships.

  • Support the Womanhood Wellness Membership — uploading new content, posting updates, and providing admin client support or customer service.

  • Gather testimonials and coordinate client success stories.

  • Manage relationships with vendors (Fullscript, labs, supplement companies, etc.).

  • Prepare for and follow up after masterclasses and live events, ensuring smooth execution and posting.

Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Coordinate with the social media team to ensure content is created on schedule per marketing plan.

  • Ensure consistent CTAs, links, and brand messaging across platforms.

  • Analyze content performance and share insights with the team.

  • Support in occasional posting to social media on behalf of Dr. Leah and the marketing strategy CTA for that week/month, including stories and occasional posts.

Who You Are

  • A positive, high-vibe, structured and organized person who loves holding the masculine container so others can flow creatively.

  • Deeply aligned with wellness, functional medicine, and feminine embodiment.

  • Curious about or already understands manifestation, energy, personal growth, and the power of intention and mindset in a business.

  • Tech-savvy and quick learner— confident with Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Asana, ShowIt, Kajabi, Kit, Mighty Networks, social media platforms, Quickbooks online, AI tools, and/or open to learning any of the software we use.

  • Excellent written communication skills — you can write clearly, warmly, and in brand tone.

  • Obsessed with efficiency, systems, and organization. Open to using AI to support when needed.

  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and a natural problem solver.

  • Open to growth: you see this as a long-term opportunity to evolve into an Operations Manager role.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $28–$35/hour depending on experience.

  • Growth Opportunity: See below.

  • Weekly Hours: ~12–20 hours/week (core hours M–W 9–2 PM Mountain Time).

Perks

  • Deep involvement in a brand that changes women’s lives.

  • Mentorship and training in functional medicine, feminine leadership, and entrepreneurship.

  • Creative and heart-centered work environment.

  • Flexible schedule outside of core hours.

  • Long-term growth into strategic leadership.

Positional Structure & Growth Plan

  • This role begins as a part-time, hourly 1099 contractor position for the first 2–3 months.

  • Core working hours are Monday–Wednesday, 9 AM–2 PM MT, with additional flexible hours up to ~20 hours/week.

  • The initial contractor phase allows us to:

    • Ensure we are a strong energetic, communication, and workflow match

    • Build foundation, rhythm, and trust

    • Learn systems, tools, and brand voice

  • After the initial period, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a part-time W-2 employee with:

    • Performance-based bonuses

    • Potential profit-sharing as the brand grows

  • This role is intentionally designed for someone who:

    • Is highly organized, efficient, and systems-oriented

    • Thrives in a supportive “right-hand to the founder” position

    • Loves holding structure and ensuring everything runs smoothly

    • Feels aligned with the mission of Womanhood Wellness™

    • Is excited about long-term growth and deeper responsibility

  • Long-term, this role has the potential to develop into a formal Online Business Manager or COO type position.

  • You will begin by supporting executive tasks, operations, client care, and marketing integration, with opportunities to take on more ownership over time.
