Professional Background

Dr. Rose supports women with female-specific health concerns, provides education, understanding and balancing of each phase of the menstrual cycle, recommends optimal contraceptive methods and provides fertility support from preconception to birth.

She facilitates her patients' process in finding physical, spiritual, mental and emotional balance and strives to work as a collaborative team within a functional and holistic framework.

Through her personal experience navigating our medical system, she understands the importance of having a partner in health while pursuing optimal well-being. 

She received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science, Physiology and Metabolism from UC Berkeley.

She incorporates her formal medical training, with nutrition, yoga and health coaching background as well as her advanced training in biofeedback and gynecology to create well-rounded, tailored treatments plans for each of her patients. 

Personal Background

Dr. Rose's upbringing in a large family significantly impacted her decision to pursue a career in women’s reproductive health.

“I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by eight sisters, an experience that profoundly shaped my passion for women's health. I have seen and been personally connected to women in all phases of life, from the onset of their first menstrual cycle, to navigating contraception options such as fertility awareness methods, birth control pills, and IUDS, to fertility challenges and IVF, seamless pregnancies and natural births, unexpected C-sections, irregular and painful cycles, PCOS and perimenopausal transitions.

Personally, I know first-hand what it feels like to be disempowered and let down by our medical system and now strive to be the doctor that I needed through confusing and challenging health circumstances. My ultimate objective is to ensure that each individual feels genuinely heard, supported, and empowered, while gaining a profound understanding of their unique path to well-being.
